We do not monetize, lease, sell, or distribute business contact details or technical parameters to third-party data brokers, nor do we utilize proprietary operational data for the training of public generative artificial intelligence models.

5. Security and Cross-Border Data Transfers

The Company maintains an integrated corporate structure spanning the United States and Mexico. Consequently, information collected on this Portal may be accessed, stored, or transferred between our corporate offices in San Diego County, California, and our technical engineering divisions in Tijuana, Baja California.

To secure these transfers, we apply standard cryptographic protocols to all cross-border data tunnels. This ensures that no commercial specifications, system access keys, or corporate contact databases are exposed to unsecured internet routing.

6. ITAR and Regulatory Restrictions on Technical Data

The public-facing Portal is not hosted within an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) certified environment, nor is it configured to receive classified, defense-grade, or regulated export-controlled technical data.

  • Prohibition: Users are strictly prohibited from uploading defense blueprints, military CAD files, aerospace schematics, or highly regulated medical product drawings into any public form or diagnostic field on this Portal.

7. Data Retention and Erasure Rights

Any authorized corporate representative may request to:

  • Verify what business contact data is actively held in our CRM.
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated corporate profile information.
  • Request the deletion of their business record from our marketing databases.

Upon receipt and validation of a formal erasure request, we will purge the corresponding records from our active databases and CRM systems within 72 hours.
