Privacy Policy
1. Scope and B2B Processing Statement
This Privacy Policy outlines the practices of Dasnova SAS de CV (hereafter "Dasnova", "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of information obtained through our public-facing web portal (the "Portal").
Our services, diagnostics, and tools are strictly designated for Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions and communications. We do not knowingly target, collect, or process personal data from individual consumers.
2. Categories of Information Collected
To facilitate B2B communication, technical evaluations, and CRM onboarding, we collect the following categories of data:
- Corporate Contact Information: Business names, job titles, professional email addresses, physical office/facility addresses, and telephone numbers voluntarily submitted via our RFQ or contact portals.
- Industrial and Operational Specifications: Technical equipment parameters, press tonnages, tolerance capacities, material grades, and operational efficiency metrics entered into our diagnostic planning calculators.
- Technical Log Data: IP addresses, browser agent specifications, access timestamps, and page interaction metrics captured automatically to monitor Portal performance, optimize custom framework delivery, and prevent unauthorized system access.
3. Cookies and Automated Tracking Technologies
The Portal utilizes industry-standard cookies, web beacons, and analytical pixels (collectively, "Cookies") to manage session state, prevent unauthorized system manipulation, and compile aggregate usage metrics.
- Essential Cookies: Strictly necessary to enable core website functionalities, including secure form submissions and diagnostic tool computations.
- Performance and Analytical Cookies: Used to evaluate technical log data, monitor portal speed, and optimize server routing configurations.
- Targeting and Sales Optimization Cookies: Utilized to identify returning corporate accounts, enabling our CRM systems to properly route high-value strategic leads to our sales personnel.
Users may adjust their web browser parameters to block or reject Cookies. However, disabling these technologies may prevent certain functional modules or analytical tools on this Portal from operating correctly.
4. Permitted Uses of Information
The Company processes the collected business data exclusively for legitimate commercial operations, including:
- Lead Qualification: Evaluating corporate submissions to determine fit against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Service Customization: Constructing preliminary solution maps for onboarding should the corporate entity enter a formal engagement.
- Regional Feasibility Analysis: Compiling aggregate, non-identifiable geographic logistics data to evaluate cross-border production efficiencies in the SoCal and Baja California regions.
We do not monetize, lease, sell, or distribute business contact details or technical parameters to third-party data brokers, nor do we utilize proprietary operational data for the training of public generative artificial intelligence models.
5. Security and Cross-Border Data Transfers
The Company maintains an integrated corporate structure spanning the United States and Mexico. Consequently, information collected on this Portal may be accessed, stored, or transferred between our corporate offices in San Diego County, California, and our technical engineering divisions in Tijuana, Baja California.
To secure these transfers, we apply standard cryptographic protocols to all cross-border data tunnels. This ensures that no commercial specifications, system access keys, or corporate contact databases are exposed to unsecured internet routing.
6. ITAR and Regulatory Restrictions on Technical Data
The public-facing Portal is not hosted within an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) certified environment, nor is it configured to receive classified, defense-grade, or regulated export-controlled technical data.
- Prohibition: Users are strictly prohibited from uploading defense blueprints, military CAD files, aerospace schematics, or highly regulated medical product drawings into any public form or diagnostic field on this Portal.
- Secure Intake Pathway: For high-compliance projects requiring strict ITAR, AS9100, or FDA clearance, please contact our compliance desk directly to establish a secure, validated, and end-to-end encrypted transfer channel.
7. Data Retention and Erasure Rights
We retain B2B contact and technical diagnostic parameters only as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes detailed in Section 4 of this document, or to comply with applicable statutory retention requirements.
Any authorized corporate representative may request to:
- Verify what business contact data is actively held in our CRM.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated corporate profile information.
- Request the deletion of their business record from our marketing databases.
Upon receipt and validation of a formal erasure request, we will purge the corresponding records from our active databases and CRM systems within 72 hours.
8. Compliance Contact Information
For formal inquiries regarding our data handling procedures, cross-border security protocols, or to submit a data erasure request, please contact our administrative desk:
